The forthcoming ISAAC Workspace 2.6 delivers a major upgrade to Variables and system monitoring—making it faster, clearer, and dramatically easier to configure and maintain real-world operational logic. These improvements help users turn incoming data into reliable health status, alerts, and automation with far less effort, enabling smarter dashboards and more efficient day-to-day troubleshooting.

• Faster setup, less complexity: Health States can now be configured through a simple visual interface—no scripting required for most use cases, while Advanced Mode remains available for more complex logic when needed.

• More practical monitoring logic: Build clear conditions using familiar operators (numbers, text, dates, booleans) and combine them with AND / OR rules.
‍

• Smarter Composite Variables: Composite monitoring can inherit Health States automatically from referenced Variables, reducing manual work and ensuring consistency.

• Quick aggregation mode: Composite Variables can now auto-calculate values (Average, Min/Max, Sum, etc.) for instant rollups and KPI-style monitoring.

• Better clarity and navigation: Redesigned edit pages and list-based referenced Variables make large monitoring models easier to understand and manage.

• Organized at scale: Variables can now be grouped—and each Group automatically inherits its own Health State from its member Variables, providing immediate high-level status visibility with no additional setup.

Under the hood, ISAAC Workspace 2.6 will also introduce a rewritten Variable computation engine designed for significantly higher performance. This delivers faster data processing, quicker condition evaluation, and more responsive Health State calculations. The result is a smoother monitoring experience, even in large-scale deployments with thousands of Variables updating in real time.

ISAAC Workspace 2.6 will also feature a brand-new Video Panel, designed to make live video monitoring dramatically easier to deploy within your operational workflow. With an intuitive layout editor and simple drag-and-drop stream assignment, operators can build multi-view video dashboards in seconds—ideal for security feeds, operations oversight, and live situational awareness. Whether you’re displaying a single primary stream or combining multiple sources into a unified view, the new Video Panel delivers a clean, modern experience that keeps critical visual information always within reach.

• New in 2.6: Aurora Multimedia are now officially an ISAAC Ecosystem Partner, allowing for monitoring and management of Aurora installations from the ISAAC Platform.

• New in 2.6: Stage Precision are also now an official Ecosystem Partner, with the integration of their flagship SP Grid control system into the ISAAC Platform for operational UI, scheduling and monitoring workflows.

• Disguise, manufacturers of the acclaimed range of media servers, have integrated the content management and scheduling workflows for their entire range of media server products, bringing an incredible combined solution for integrators looking to use Disguise products within fixed install applications.

• Expanded BrightSign integration: ISAAC has become an official BrightSign Technology partner, with ISAAC drivers for BrightSign devices now directly available within BrightSign's Partner Gallery.
