We would like to keep our clients, partners, and system designers informed of ongoing global supply-chain conditions that are currently affecting the availability of hardware components across the technology industry.
Over recent months, these conditions have intensified significantly, driven by sustained global demand for server-grade components such as memory, storage, and compute infrastructure. As a result, manufacturers worldwide are experiencing extended production cycles and limited component availability, impacting delivery timelines across many technology platforms—including ISAAC.
In this context, lead times for most ISAAC hardware systems are currently in the range of approximately 20 to 22 weeks, with certain configurations potentially extending beyond that depending on component allocation. These timelines remain fluid and may continue to evolve as supply conditions change.
That said, ISAAC Foundation (Embedded Platform) systems are currently available for immediate shipment, based on existing inventory. For projects where timelines are critical, our team can also assist in reviewing configurations or identifying suitable alternatives to help align with project requirements.
Given the current environment, we strongly encourage early engagement during the planning and design phases, so that system availability and delivery timelines can be clearly understood and factored into project schedules. Proactive coordination with our team remains the most effective way to ensure smooth execution.
We remain fully committed to providing clear communication, practical guidance, and responsive support as we navigate these evolving conditions. Our teams are actively working with supply-chain partners to manage availability and support our clients as effectively as possible.
If you are planning an upcoming project or would like to review system options, we encourage you to connect with us early in your process so we can best support your needs.
